Wellness, Without the Noise.
We started Wellness Unedited because we were tired of the same thing everyone else was tired of: wellness content that sells you something, flatters you, or tells you what you want to hear. We wanted the real version.
Our Mission
To cover wellness with the same rigour, scepticism, and curiosity that good journalism brings to anything else.
That means talking to the scientists, not just the influencers. It means covering the studios and clinics that are actually doing something interesting, not the ones with the biggest marketing budgets. It means being honest when something doesn't work, and specific when it does.
Wellness is one of the most important conversations happening right now — about how we live, how long we live, and what quality of life actually means. We think it deserves better coverage than it usually gets.
Editorial Philosophy
Evidence over anecdote.
We follow the science. When the science is unclear, we say so. We don't dress up personal experience as universal truth.
Specificity over generality.
"Eat well and move more" is not a story. We go deep on what actually works, for whom, and why — with enough detail to be useful.
Scepticism as a service.
We are not here to validate the wellness industry. We are here to help you navigate it. That means asking hard questions, including of the things we like.
Global, not generic.
Wellness looks different in Dubai than it does in Toronto. We cover each city on its own terms — the culture, the climate, the access, the community.
Where We Are
We publish city-specific editions across four markets: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Miami, and Toronto. Each edition is edited locally, with writers and contributors who actually live and practice there.

Start with the cities.
Each edition is built around the city it covers. Pick yours.
